1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the details provided are accurate.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Sleeky Web Design & Print Ltd is VAT registered (VAT No. GB 130 1782 49).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your place, a full refund will be issued provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the event start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us at info@net-working.net.

4. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that net-working.net cancels a session, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. Where possible, an alternative date will be offered. Net-working.net accepts no further liability beyond the refund of the booking fee paid.

5. Participation and Health

Participation in Net-working events involves physical activity including padel, tennis and pickleball. By booking a place you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should consult a doctor before attending. You participate entirely at your own risk and Net-working.net, its organisers, employees and representatives accept no liability for any injury, loss or damage sustained during an event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Venue Rules

All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the host venue. Net-working.net reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave an event if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.

7. Equipment

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own racquet. Equipment is available at most venues if required, though availability cannot be guaranteed and costs may apply. Net-working.net accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal equipment or belongings brought to an event.

8. Photography and Marketing

Net-working events may be photographed or filmed for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending you consent to your image being used in this way. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in advance or speak to a member of the team on the day.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking you agree to your details being used to manage your booking and communicate with you about your event. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent. You may opt in to receive updates about future Net-working events at the point of booking.

10. Discount Codes

Discount codes are issued at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and may only be used once per person unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
